Abstract. In this paper, we study the classes of approximate Minty and Stampacchia type vector variational inequalities along with their local and weak versions on a Hadamard manifold, and a class of nonsmooth interval-valued multiobjective optimization problems, respectively. We obtain the equivalence between the solutions of considered approximate vector variational inequalities and LU-efficient solutions of nonsmooth interval-valued multiobjective optimization problems in which the cost function is assumed to be geodesic approximately LU-convex or geodesic LU-\alpha-convex.
